Kerry Kittson – Dedicated and Passionate Physiotherapist
Kerry Kittson is a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist who has fostered a keen interest in human movement from a young age, having grown up as a ballet and Irish dancer. Kerry graduated from Queen’s University with her Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2012 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2010, also from Queen’s University. She whole-heartedly shares Bellefleur Physiotherapy’s mission to enhance the overall physical health, fitness, and quality of life of clients. Kerry believes in a collaborative and client-centered approach, and seeks to empower her clients with the tools necessary to achieve their goals. She comes to Bellefleur Physiotherapy after serving as a staff physiotherapist with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, contributing to a variety of projects and initiatives to advance the physiotherapy profession in Canada.
Kerry’s number one strength determined through the Clifton Strengths assessment is: learner. Kerry is always keen to continue learning, and has taken numerous post-graduate courses, including:

Kerry was raised in Kanata, Ontario. She keeps active with downhill skiing in the winters, and stand up paddling in the summers – including stand up paddle yoga! Kerry believes in the power of mindfulness to help you live life to the fullest.
