Strength

BelleFIT KettleBELLE

Build muscle and improve your strength, core stability, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Perform a range of exercises which target single or multiple muscle groups at the same time.

BelleFIT Be Strong

Muscle mass naturally decreases with age, but strength training can help reverse the trend. Build stronger bones, joint mobility, and increase lean muscle mass using bands and/or dumbbells.

BelleFIT Jump for Strength

Mini trampoline exercise that incorporates cardio movements with strengthening exercises such as small dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. This workout is an excellent way to strengthen and tone the upper/lower body muscles while you bounce.

BelleFIT Peach Perfect

This class will combine resistance bands with body-weight, kettlebells, and/or dumbbell exercises to strengthen multiple muscle groups and help you to become peach (glutes ;)) perfect!

BelleFIT More Core

Build a strong foundation and activate deep and superficial muscles of the abdomen to improve strength and stabilization for daily tasks.

BelleFIT Body Reboot

This class combines an optimal mix of strength, cardio, and core training. An effective total body workout utilizing a variety of equipment and options. A fun workout that is recommended for all members and can be modified to suit your abilities.

Cardio

BelleFIT Happy Heart

Cardiovascular workout that uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to keep heart healthy.

BelleFIT Walk this Way

Are you ready to meet your daily step goal? Walking is one of the most underrated forms of exercise. Just 30 minutes of walking every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, and boost muscle power and endurance. This is a guided indoor walking class that counts your steps and has you walking through various paths around the world.

BelleFIT Jump for Joy

Rebounding is a super bouncy and fun way to increase your heart rate, improve balance and coordination, support bone density, and activate the lymphatic system.

BelleFIT Gentle Jumping

Gentle movement/bounces on the mini-trampoline (rebounder) where your feet don’t leave the trampoline and a handle to maintain balance. Still gain all the benefits of rebounding such as increased cardiovascular fitness, improved balance and coordination, support bone density, and activate the lymphatic system. This class is great for those with joint wear and tear, beginners, and seniors.

BelleFIT Step It Up

Step aerobics class that is tabata style with 20 second bursts of movement and 10 second pauses. The “step” is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.

Mind Body

BelleFIT Chair Warrior

If you are still looking to build strength, balance, and flexibility, but have a difficult time maneuvering from the floor to a standing position, this class uses the chair as a prop to achieve your fitness goals.

BelleFIT Yoga Warrior

Align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body through posture holds of various lengths, and a focus on breath and physical alignment.

BelleFIT Sunset Yoga

Wind down from a busy day through a series of deep stretching and breath work. Work on flexibility, circulation, and muscle recovery – and allow for a space to quiet the mind and heal.

BelleFIT Body Tapping and Tai Chi Meditation for Beginners

Combination of body tapping and tai chi meditation that can enhance your mind/body connection and sense of presence.
