Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we temporarily closed our offices on Monday, March 16, 2020 as our business was deemed non-essential. As of now, the scale of impact is still unknown, so we are unsure as to when we will re-open. As soon as the situation changes, we will advise our clients that we can resume our normal hands-on physiotherapy sessions – if you want to put yourself on our waiting list, go to our Clinic Re-opening Page. Despite this, it doesn’t stop us from offering our service in another format – virtual physiotherapy!
What Is Virtual Physiotherapy?
We are now able to leverage secure and private video conference technology that allows you to connect one-on-one with a Physiotherapist. With this technology, our clinicians can perform an assessment, evaluation, and/or review your current rehabilitation progress. This means that they can provide you with advice, help suggest pain management strategies, develop some specific key exercises and answer any questions you have to help you improve your condition and more.
