I've been going to Bellefleur Physiotherapy for over a year now for treatment following a major hip reconstructive surgery. I can't speak highly enough about the care I received. Christopher approached my unique case with compassion, understanding, and determination. I was constantly amazed by his level of knowledge. He found creative ways to motivate me, like using a scoreboard of achievements to appeal to my competitiveness. My recovery was extremely challenging, but I never once doubted I'd make it to the finish line with Chris and the Bellefleur team in my corner. I'm almost sad to have "graduated," but I know the door will always be open for me, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you all!

I have only had one previous experience with physiotherapy and it left me unsatisfied. However, the experience I have had with Bellefleur Physiotherapy has been exceptional! It starts with the first contact, when you are matched to a physiotherapist. The first appointment is an hour long consultation, which provides you with a treatment plan and a clear picture of what you can expect as an outcome. The entire experience leaves you with a feeling of control and understanding of your treatment and the outcome. From first contact, to receptionist desk, to physiotherapist the whole operation is very professional, friendly and inviting. Well done!

Maggie has supported, guided and designed an exercise program that will address my new limitations. She is awesome. I began physio on my shoulders in early January of this year. I was experiencing pain in both shoulders, but more so, on my left side. I was introduced to Laura and started my therapy. Laura was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I was appreciative of the fact she used a model of the shoulder on several occasions to assist with an explanation for the possible cause of pain. Laura provided me with some exercises to start strengthening my shoulder and as we progressed through the weeks, my shoulder began to feel stronger and most importantly, pain free. I am very satisfied with the service and I would definitely recommend Bellefleur to friends and colleagues.

Was NOT a believer in physio therapy. A frozen shoulder showed me that, the pain wasn't going to stop without it. Bellefleur Physiotherapy was recommended to me. It had been already 6 months of pain and suffering. Chris came to the rescue the difference it made from the second and third appointment was amazing. The receptionist are awesome ladies they take good care of you from beginning to end. No regrets I am now a believer in therapy and highly recommend this business you are in good hands here. I’ve been training with Meghan from Bellefleur Fitness for about 8 months now.Wow! What a difference it’s made in my life.There are not many people that I’d get up for at 6:15am to exercise with but she makes it so fun and is very supportive and encouraging.I remember crying in the car before I walked in the first day. I had lost my confidence and thought I was physically too far gone to be able to get fit again.Meghan caught me… and this week I lifted several personal bests! Hello All, I have hardly written a review if I feel just right about the services.I broke my finger a year ago and I have not expected it will be recovered. However after 4 times at the Bellefleur physiotherapy (treated by Ms. Krystal), I can see that my little finger has been improved (flexibility and strength). I hope that after finishing the 6-treatments and hope over 80% improving.My lessons learned, Please don't leave your pain becomes a chronic and deteriorate your physical and mental health. I also appreciate the warm welcome, decent and kind manner of the operator lady and my physiotherapist.

I've been meaning to write a review for a few months. I tore a leg muscle back in the spring which resulted in a lower back and hip issue as well. I worked with Jason weekly to repair the leg, back and hip for about 4 months and happy to say that all is better and healed. Everything about my experience in dealing with this clinic was superb. The admin staff at the front desk were very helpful and happy, Jason knew exactly the treatment I needed to get my mobility back and provided me with exercise sheets for use at home in between appointments. His clinic does do direct billing. I highly recommend Bellefleur Physiotherapy.

I recently injured my back and contacted Bellefleur Physio for an appointment. They were able to fit me in the next day, and I was so relieved to be seeing someone.My PT Eric was very kind and knowledgable and provided his diagnosis with compassion. Depuis quelques années, j’ai visité la clinique Bellefleur pour diverses raisons et j’ai travaillé avec 3 différents physiothérapeutes. À chaque fois j’ai été plus que satisfaite de leur service. Ma plus récente expérience est avec Érika et elle a été formidable. J’ai eu un accident et on m’a dit que ça pourrait me prendre un an pour retrouver ma mobilité. Après 7 visites avec elle, avec son encouragement, en appliquant ses recommandations, j’ai retrouvé 90% de ma mobilité. Je ne pourrais jamais la recommander assez. J’ai trouvé en elle, une personne chaleureuse et compétente.

Edit to update:My review is for the clinic, as a client i deserved better specially when i asked for more help, i sent separate feedback to the physio who i think is a nice person and may help her in future better for pp clients and in communication so that expectations can be well managed.i never mentioned anything about the physio anyway however it seemed the reply to my comment was taken otherwise. Even with below feedback my only hope is to help pp clients better than i was. I was lucky to eventually get help and treated so i figured this clinic could use this feedback to serve better, no hard feelings, its just the way i felt after attending many sessions religiously and following the exercise plan i was given. You can either feel u r doing it all right and there's nothing to improve amd thats fine. If not maybe try to analyze how you can help pp clients better.Pretentious that the clinic cares, failed to help my DR issue and the owner's resolution was a weak advice to keep trying the same thing. Not for postpartum pelvic floor physio if thats your goal. Find someplace better.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience at Bellefeuille Physiotherapy! I was referred by my family doctor for pelvic floor physiotherapy, and let's be honest, I was far from thrilled at the idea of pelvic floor physio! Amanda Clément was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and I actually looked forward to my sessions with her. With her expertise, support and encouragement, I was able to resolve my issue within 5 sessions - and I was a huge skeptic going in. I received a lot of help from my physiotherapist, Amanda, since I start to visit three years ago. She is very fun, positive, knowledgeable and willing to help. The tightness caused by sitting for too long has improved a lot after doing the stretches and training that she gave me. The clinic itself is well-organized and clean. The staff are very nice. Would recommend!

I cannot recommend Amanda at the orleans location enough! She has helped tremendously with my postpartum recovery and I wish I had known about pelvic floor therapy with my first! I have only compliments for Bellefleur Physio in Orleans. From the courteous front staff who submit my claims (SO appreciate this) to the spotless environment, it is top notch. Although I had serious doubts that physio would help (I have been disappointed in the past), Dr Amanda Clement thoroughly explained the importance of pelvic floor strength, and that I should not have to accept what I assumed was early signs of aging — small leaks while sneezing or giving up on jogging, etc., The exercise videos she sent were clearly presented and explained and effective. Thank you so much for your expertise!

A wonderful business tucked away in Orleans. This is the best kept secret of Physio Clinics in Ottawa. Friendly staff, a space that was always clean, and ample parking.I worked with Amanda who is an absolute superstar. Initially, she helped me with my recovery post-surgery (appendectomy) and then later I went back for help with my TMJ/Jaw Pain since she was so helpful. I felt like Amanda could do it all and was a huge wealth of knowledge.Perhaps the best part is that my time with her felt like a team effort. She always provided suggestions of new things for me to try for pain management and homework in the form of exercises. I felt very engaged and involved in my own healing process with her support.I would definitely go back here for treatment, and highly recommend it to anyone interested!

I recently completed my pelvic floor program with Amanda. She was very kind, non-judgmental and supportive during my time with her. I had sling surgery recently but was still experiencing some pain and heaviness. She gave me lots of different exercises to do in a variety of situations. She councelled me regarding a second surgery. She suggested abit more time with physio to see if the surgery was really needed.....it wasn't, Pain is gone and heavinessis sooo much better. All the ladies and gents at Bellefleur Physiotherapy were amazing.

Really appreciated my time at this clinic, and have nothing but positive things to say about everyone, from front staff to the PTs.I saw Amanda for pelvic floor physio and she is absolutely amazing!!! Although I couldn't quite pinpoint my issue, she asked as many questions as possible to support me during assessment and afterwards. I had an absolutely excellent experience at Bellefleur Physiotherapy. After being diagnosed with subdeltoid bursitis last December, I had tried another physiotherapy clinic that really fell short of my expectations. At that location, I felt like I didn't matter...I was being "juggled around" by my physiotherapist with two or sometimes three other patients at the same time, and I felt like I wasn't getting the care I needed to heal properly.All of this changed drastically when I switched to Bellefleur Physiotherapy and started seeing Dominique for our physiotherapy sessions. From the first appointment, he demonstrated a very professional, caring, and supportive attitude, and prepared a plan right away to help manage my symptoms. He provided a realistic plan for when I could start to feel better, and answered any questions I had, all while making me feel like my pain mattered.It's been almost a year since I was diagnosed with subdeltoid bursitis, and I am so happy and grateful to report that my symptoms are a lot better, and I have Dominique to thank for this. He was an absolutely excellent, professional, and friendly physiotherapist and definitely exceeded my expectations, and I strongly believe that he deserves to be recognized for the care and attention that he provides for his patients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any person I know who is struggling from pain and needs help dealing with their symptoms, since he is clearly someone who goes above and beyond in his work and really cares about helping people get better.All in all, I highly recommend Bellefleur Physiotherapy for anyone looking for excellent care in regards to managing their injuries and pain.

I came to Bellefleur with some issues related to one of my knees that was impacting my golf game. I met Maggie R who completed a thorough review of my strength and flexibility, then narrowed down my problem to a need to strength building. With a series of exercises to be completed every day, combined with weekly visit for some hands on physiotherapy, I was back to my normal game in a very short period of time. After breaking my leg this winter and having surgery I chose to see a physiotherapist at Bellefleur to get me walking again. I selected Maggie Runnals due to her availability that conveniently suited mine and I was amazed at the experience. First, I explained how insurance and cost were an issue for me and how I would like to minimize my visits as much as possible. Maggie prepared thorough exercise plans including levels of difficulty for me to increase and change my exercises as I improve without having to book additional visits. In addition, all the plans were provided virtually so I could keep track of my progress and visually see how to movements should be performed. 2 visits later, I am glad to say I have returned to me usual activities pre-broken leg! I will continue to see Bellefleur physio and in particular Maggie Runnels should I require their service in the future

With my first virtual appointment with Jason and some of the suggestions and exercises he provided made a difference right way. I can now say that I have been able to do things that I enjoy such as gardening and walking regularly without pain. Thanks to her attention to detail in every session, I was able to recover very quickly. I was amazed by how much improvement I had in each visit. Most of all, she is very kind and encouraging, and she made the recovery process surprisingly enjoyable!The staff are friendly, having private rooms was nice, and the online platform for exercises was very useful. As well, they are very careful to observe all Covid-19 protocols. Overall, it was a great experience, and Maggie was excellent!

I found Amanda while searching for a pelvic floor physiotherapist. Once we had that under control, we moved onto issues with my hip (both connected, of course!) and I must say that I have not felt this good since 2010, when I injured my hip! She did some work on my hip while in the clinic, she gave me exercises to do at home, and she encouraged me to get out walking - with all of her help and advice, I feel fantastic!!Also, the front desk staff is amazing. Kind, patient, courteous, welcoming.Fice stars, Amanda and Bellefleur!

Given my circumstances during the Pandemic, I needed virtual physiotherapy for my injured right hand and broken finger. Eric Methot-Curtis proved to be the perfect "virtual" physiotherapist. The private rooms are awesome for one on one care unlike other places that take care of you in open areas with curtains and you hardly know who is the therapist. Since getting a total knee replacement on October 26/20 I have received 7 physio treatments from Dom at Bellefleur and have seen immense improvement. I will be continuing physio treatments here for some time but am sure of positive results in the end. He is extremely knowledgeable and well educated in his field, and answers any and all questions. If you do everything they tell you to do you will be back on your bike, doing proper squats in the gym and/or playing pickle ball, etc. All the staff is very polite and friendly and do their best to accommodate you in any way. I highly recommend them for your physio needs. Thanks Dom!

My son had the Osgood Slatter disease and he could not play his favourite sport anymore ( soccer). I found Bellefleur Physiotherapy over the net and in only 6 or seven sessions, my son could walk and run without pain.The team is welcoming and very professional. The socail distancing was always observed. On particular Lady named Dior really impressed me by her professionalism. She knew how to connect with my son and provide him with specific activities based on his interests.My son , 2 months earlier, could not play soccer. He in back at school and on the fields. Tendinitis of my shoulder had gotten progressively worse and ONLINE physiotherapy with Amanda Clement eliminated the excruciating pain I had been living with for a few months. Amanda’s plan for my treatment was to go nice & slow at the onset, choose very specific exercises, modify them when warranted and/or introduce new ones. A written description of these exercises was sent to me by email along with videos showing the correct method to do them. That was a tremendous help. Amanda listened attentively to my concerns, answered precisely all my questions, reassured me and gave me confidence. I owe her a debt of gratitude and I recommend her wholeheartedly. She is a true professional, calm, very knowledgeable in her chosen field, reassuring and trustworthy. What is also very impressive is that my treatment with her was done exclusively ONLINE.

When I broke my elbow in a bicycle crash earlier this summer I had to watch as my summer rock climbing goals seemed to melt out from beneath me. I started working with Amanda Clément (PT) just two weeks after my accident and, thanks to her diligence, attention to detail, and empathic abilities, started seeing improvement almost immediately. She performed a very thorough assessment and prescribed a perfectly tailored exercise program. Our sessions were by far the most painful experiences in physiotherapy of my life but, ultimately, they were exactly what my arm needed. Just seven weeks after hammering into the pavement, I went climbing for the first time without issue. Amanda truly loves what she does; this is most apparent by her level of investment in her clients' healing. Thanks again, Amanda :)

Amanda assessed my back issues pretty quickly as to what the issue was and provided a few exercises for me to try. Realizing what the issue was she helped me strengthen secondary muscles that supported my bodies movement and alleviated the stresses I had been having. I can sleep better at night and function better during the day knowing better about how my body works. Chiropractic and massage therapy helped the symptoms but couldn’t fix the issue. Amanda did fix my problem and I thank her for her help.

I was experiencing pain in the right side of my neck running down into my shoulder for about two months. Finally, I decided I had to stop popping pain pills and start looking for physio. I checked out the online reviews for several centres and found the positive responses for Bellefleur Physiotherapy. I'm glad that I did! It's true, all the staff are very nice and always have a smile for you, a positive experience once you walk in the door.My physiotherapist Amanda, was fantastic, outgoing personality but serious when it came to being there to help! She quickly narrowed down the problem and by the second visit my pain was gone!. She worked with me providing a treatment of exercises, along with massaging out the knots. She was very concerned that I progressed each week and changed up the routine. Amanda even suggested what my personal trainer at the gym could look for, along with future neck and back muscle building in my exercise sessions.Bellefleur Physiotherapy provided what was in my best interest and didn't push extra sessions. I do plan to return for follow up given my positive experience with them.As a side note, if you are a dog lover you will love the stories about Amanda's two dogs, I certainly did.

Having had chronic elbow tendonitis that suddenly worsened over the summer, I decided to try Bellefleur Physiotherapy on the advice of a friend. I had experience with physiotherapy elsewhere, and I was unsure about trying physio again because I have an underlying condition that seemed to interfere with healing in the past. However, my experience with Bellefleur and physiotherapist Dior has been very positive! The staff are friendly and Dior is very professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. My elbow gradually improved and has recovered the strength and mobility that it has not had for a very long time. I am thrilled that I can do so much without any pain, and I unreservedly recommend Bellefleur Physiotherapy and Dior.

As an injured Veteran, I have had to use Physiotherapy frequently in my career and I have discovered that Physiotherapy practices are not all equal.A fresh approach to Physiotherapy where the patient receives a full 30 minute manual therapy in a private room is something that I have never seen elsewhere.Jason & Dave Bellefleur have raised the bar in Physiotherapy and we all benefit from physiotherapy which puts the patients interests first.

The best clinic and therapist in the world. They care and do not let you hanging with Dr Ho's stuff and do nothing like the other clinics. They take great care of you, give you a treatment plan and provide excellent hands on treatment. My family and I have been with them literally since day one. I have seen them grow and evolve through the years with the same level and even better customer service which is sometime hard to do but they did. They are also involved in the community. One of the brothers also provides dry needling sessions. Dry needling is hardcore stuff but it helps a lot and you have better results I believe. Tell them you want to book a voodoo session with Dave and they'll get it. I am honest in telling you that it hurts like hell but provides amazing and fast results. They saved and helped both of my sons with bad leg fractures and commotions. On my end they also saved me from being paralyzed sending me immediately to the ER when they noticed something wrong with my spine.

High level of professionalism from the front desk to the one-on-one with the physiotherapist. All concerns were addressed and all goals evaluated and re-evaluated as I progressed with the exercises and sessions.Office is clean and well managed, rooms are a good size (although they make good use of the hallway for extra space for movement), parking is abundant.
